Job Summary:
This role entails performing light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment in establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, and conducting thorough cleaning of rooms and common areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through detailed one-on-one attention.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces for cleanliness.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to specified layouts.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Respond to housekeeping issues, such as spills or broken items.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
