Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Sunrise Senior Living

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Pay: $15.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $15.75 for a Housekeeper in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, is generally competitive, though it can vary based on factors such as experience, specific employer, and job responsibilities. According to data from various employment resources, housekeeping positions in the area typically range from approximately $13 to $20 per hour, with the average hovering around $15 to $17.75 per hour. Therefore, the offered wage is on the lower end of the spectrum but still aligns with baseline expectations, especially for entry-level positions; however, it may not fully reflect the rising cost of living and inflationary pressures. Overall, while the rate is acceptable, offering benefits or additional incentives could enhance its appeal to potential candidates.
