Job description:
Responsibilities
1. Clean windows both inside and outside.
2. Perform vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping tasks.
3. Dust surfaces thoroughly.
4. Conduct comprehensive cleaning of bathrooms.
5. Execute detailed cleaning of kitchens.
6. Shampoo carpets, including executing make-ready services and scheduling renewal cleanings.
7. Undertake additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as directed by Community Management.

For Communities with Corporate Apartments or Extended Stay Facilities:
8. Provide weekly housekeeping services for short-term corporate apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, similar to hotel standards.
9. Manage laundry for supplied linens and towels in short-term corporate apartments.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
– Prior cleaning experience in an apartment community is preferred.
– General cleaning experience is required.

Required Skills and Abilities:
– Proficient in using a vacuum and other cleaning tools.
– Ability to treat residents and colleagues with respect.

Working Conditions:
– Potential exposure to dust, trash, cleaning solvents, and fumes.
– Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
– May occasionally be required to work overtime or weekends for inspections or move-ins.
