Responsibilities:

  • Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to uphold superior cleanliness and presentation standards across all homes.
  • Report maintenance needs in a timely manner and take ownership of specialized tasks to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist with basic maintenance repairs and upkeep, ensuring the integrity of our properties is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service team to perform thorough check-in and check-out inspections.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail, identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience and secure five-star reviews.
  • Utilize technology proficiently, including mobile applications, to streamline communication and task management.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Possession of a reliable, all-weather vehicle and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency with smartphones to access company technology.
