Job Title: Housekeeper WKNDS

Company: Erickson Senior Living

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a “Housekeeper WKNDS” in Novi, MI, is slightly below the typical wage for similar roles in the area. According to various salary data sources, housekeepers in Michigan generally earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While the salary can vary based on factors such as the employer and the demand for housekeeping services, $14 is not particularly competitive, especially considering that some establishments may offer additional benefits or higher pay for weekend work. Overall, this rate may make it challenging to attract qualified candidates in a competitive labor market.
