AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Housekeeping Aide in Livonia, MI, it’s important to consider both local wage trends and industry standards. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for housekeeping aides in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $16, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with slight variations in urban versus rural settings. In Livonia, which is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, rates may skew towards the higher end due to cost of living and demand. If the hourly rate you have in mind falls within or above this range, it would generally be considered competitive; however, if it’s significantly lower, it may not attract quality candidates. Therefore, a direct comparison with local job postings and industry salary reports would provide clearer insights into its competitiveness.
