Job description:
Under moderate supervision, the role involves performing essential cleaning tasks in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. The primary objective is to maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for the community.
Key responsibilities include:
– Conducting daily cleaning of all assigned resident and ancillary areas to ensure a sanitary and odor-free, homelike setting.
– Demonstrating a strong willingness to meet the needs of the department by effectively assisting colleagues, residents, and their families.
– Completing assigned duties and routine tasks independently within the designated work shift.
– Utilizing supplies and equipment correctly and responsibly.
