AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.75 for a Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor in Battle Creek, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. While the cost of living in Battle Creek is lower than in many urban areas, this rate may not be considered competitive for attracting skilled supervisors, given the increased demands for oversight and coordination in housekeeping operations.
