Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor
Company: Hampton Battle Creek
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Pay: $16.75 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.75 for a Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor in Battle Creek, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, similar supervisory roles in housekeeping typically offer rates between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and the employer’s size. In Battle Creek, where the cost of living is relatively moderate, this pay may not be competitive enough to attract or retain qualified candidates, especially given the rising wage trends in the hospitality and service sectors. Overall, while $16.75 is a valid starting wage, it might need to be adjusted to align with competitive pay standards in the area.
