Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a “Housekeeping Associate 1st & 2nd shift” in Holland, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, housekeeping roles in similar regions typically see wages ranging from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job requirements, and the type of employer (e.g., hotels, hospitals, or private residences). While the offered rate aligns closely with the minimum wage and average pay for entry-level positions, it may not fully reflect the current living costs and market demand in the area, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining staff.
