Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest laundry areas, including washers/dryers, tables, and floors.
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner, which may include towels, extra pillows, and other supplies.
- Report and return lost and found items to the appropriate office or department.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, assisting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional hotel experience for our guests.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the majority of your shift, with frequent movement, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Excellent guest service skills.
