Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize showers, toilets, and sinks.
  • Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest laundry facilities, including washers, dryers, and floors as needed.
  • Deliver requested items to guest rooms, such as towels and extra pillows, while promptly addressing guest inquiries.
  • Report and handle lost and found items in accordance with company protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a memorable hotel stay for all guests.

Qualifications
