Job Summary:
The Housekeeping team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our expanding team in Dundee, MI. This role, available in both full-time and part-time capacities, is ideal for individuals seeking hourly positions within the hospitality and restaurant industry. As a Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our hotel to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, thereby ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute general housekeeping duties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bed-making in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, encompassing toilets, sinks, and showers.
  • Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and communal areas.
  • Ensure all rooms meet company standards and are prepared for guest check-in.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Assist with laundry and linen tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to cleanliness and safety.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing guest concerns or requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant sectors.
