Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all residents’ rooms and communal areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Respect residents’ privacy when requested.
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions (e.g., frayed electrical cords, broken furniture, torn rugs).
  • Utilize safety equipment as required, such as gloves or goggles when handling chemical or bodily fluid spills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
