Job Title: Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Otsego, MI

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for a Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant in Otsego, MI, appears to be within the typical range for similar positions in the area, although it may be slightly on the lower end compared to some industry standards. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national average for similar roles tends to be around $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific employer policies. Cost of living and local demand in Otsego should also be considered; if the cost of living is lower than the national average, the offered rate could be more competitive. However, for attracting and retaining talent, the upper end of the range might benefit from slight adjustments, particularly in light of current labor market trends that have seen wages increase in many sectors.
