AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for the “Housekeeping Operations Manager” role in Detroit, MI, it’s essential to consider factors such as local cost of living, industry standards, and prevailing wages for similar positions. Typically, the hourly rates for housekeeping managers can vary widely, often ranging from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, the size of the establishment, and specific responsibilities. In Detroit, the rate may be closer to the lower end of that spectrum due to its overall cost of living and wage trends in the hospitality sector. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may not align with industry standards. Ultimately, further discussion would be needed to assess benefits, company culture, and growth opportunities that could impact overall compensation attractiveness.
