Job Title: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $18 for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be below the industry standard. Typically, hourly wages for this position in similar markets range from $20 to $25, depending on experience, facility type (e.g., hotels, hospitals, or residential), and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Cincinnati, this rate may not attract skilled candidates, potentially leading to higher turnover or difficulty in recruitment. Thus, while $18 may meet minimum wage requirements, it is not competitive enough to align with common compensation trends for supervisory roles in the housekeeping sector.
