Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Company: Homewood Suites by Hilton
Location: Miamisburg, OH
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Miamisburg, OH, is somewhat below the industry standard for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on the level of experience, specific job responsibilities, and the employer. Factors such as local cost of living and the competitive landscape for hospitality jobs in the Greater Dayton area also influence compensation. Given that Miamisburg is part of the Cincinnati-Dayton metropolitan area, a higher wage might be expected to attract and retain qualified candidates in a market that often features hospitality roles with competitive pay. Therefore, while $18 may be appealing for some entry-level or less experienced candidates, it may not suffice to attract skilled supervisors.
