POSITION SUMMARY

Key responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, restocking supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related tasks. Guest Environment Experts play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel spaces enhance the guest experience.

Success in this position requires a commitment to several fundamental principles: maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality, and presenting oneself and communicating in a professional manner, including the appropriate uniform and personal appearance. Guest Environment Experts will spend a substantial amount of time on their feet, performing physical tasks—such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Executing these responsibilities effectively, along with other reasonable job duties as assigned, is essential for ensuring a positive experience for both our guests and our business.
