- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources programs covering benefits, compensation, company evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Ensure that internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are meticulously accurate and kept up-to-date.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR managerial role, senior HR generalist position, or similar upper-level HR capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Certification from SHRM or a comparable professional institute.
- Previous experience in hotel HR is preferred.
