Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Consultant: Benefits Administration
Company: Davenport University
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $44000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $44,000 for a Human Resources Consultant specializing in Benefits Administration in Grand Rapids, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $21.15, which appears to be below the industry standard for this role. According to various salary resources, HR consultants, particularly those focused on benefits, often earn between $60,000 and $90,000 per year depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with higher rates for specialized roles or experienced professionals. Factors such as the local cost of living and demand for HR expertise in the area may also influence salary expectations, but generally, the offered rate does not seem competitive compared to the broader market benchmarks.
