Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Company: Marriott

Pay: $56000 – 72000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate for a Human Resources Manager in Dearborn, MI, translating to an annual salary range of approximately $56,000 to $72,000, appears to be somewhat below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $70,000 to over $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Factors influencing this discrepancy may include the specific industry, company size, and local economic conditions. While the offered salary may be competitive for entry-level or mid-level positions in smaller organizations, it might be less appealing compared to larger firms or those in high-demand sectors like technology or manufacturing, where HR professionals often command higher compensation. Overall, candidates may find this range less attractive relative to broader market standards.
