AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis, I’d need the specific hourly rate for the HVAC/R Branch Manager role in Washington, MI, as well as general context on industry standards for that position. However, in general terms, HVAC/R Branch Managers typically earn between $70,000 to $100,000 annually, translating to an hourly rate of about $33 to $48. The addition of a $25,000 sign-on bonus indicates a competitive strategy to attract skilled professionals, especially given the current labor demand in the HVAC industry. If the offered hourly rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; otherwise, it may require adjustment to align with industry standards and local cost-of-living factors.
