Job description:

The role involves managing operational and administrative responsibilities for the Corporate Information Security (CIS) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. Key operational tasks include:

  • Provisioning user accounts utilizing the least privilege model.
  • Setting up, processing, and supporting access across a diverse range of platforms, databases, servers, and applications.
  • Providing incident response support, including 24/7 availability for off-hours incidents.
  • Engaging in reporting and compliance functions.
  • Collaborating across organizations and with vendors.
  • Addressing general IAM queries and conducting related research.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in information security or IAM.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent process management and organizational capabilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating technology and/or security tools.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and manage operational documentation.
  • Conduct research as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, triage issues, and ensure resolutions are implemented.
  • Timely escalation of problems.
  • Anticipate and address security needs and concerns.
  • Stay informed about advancements in applications and security.
  • Perform activities in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Execute IAM operational tasks to ensure timely follow-up and responses.
  • Complete cleanup efforts for access identified during Access Control audits.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a base salary ranging from $56,000 to $85,000 annually, dependent on location and job-related factors such as experience level. The compensation package also includes eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
