Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an “In Home Caregiver” in Columbus, OH is somewhat below the national average. As of late 2023, caregivers typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, with some variations based on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While the wage range in Columbus may reflect local living costs and demand, it may not be considered fully competitive, especially as many caregivers seek higher compensation for increased responsibilities or certifications. Overall, this rate could deter potential applicants looking for more attractive compensation in a field that often requires patience, emotional resilience, and physical effort.
