Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: Powell, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $15.50 for an In Home Caregiver in Powell, OH, is generally below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, training, and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, particularly in suburban areas like Powell, the compensation may be slightly lower than urban centers, but it’s crucial to consider local cost of living and demand for caregivers. While this rate may attract entry-level workers or those with minimal experience, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled caregivers or attract individuals looking for a sustainable career in home care. Therefore, it’s advisable for employers to consider adjusting their compensation to align more closely with industry standards.
