Job Description
Job Title: In Home Caregiver
Company: Honor
Location: Groveport, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an In Home Caregiver in Groveport, OH, is below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, caregivers can expect wages that align more closely with the lower end of the national range, but rates can vary significantly between urban and rural areas. Therefore, while the offered rate may be competitive within some local contexts, it may not attract experienced candidates in a labor market that increasingly demands higher pay to address rising living costs and the value of caregiving skills.
