Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an In Home Caregiver in Gahanna, OH, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. As of 2023, wages for caregivers can vary widely based on experience, level of care provided, and regional demand; however, many caregivers in Ohio typically earn between $16 and $20 per hour, with those in more specialized roles or with additional certifications often making more. Given the rising cost of living and increased demand for home care services, the rates offered in Gahanna may not be fully competitive or aligned with industry standards, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
