Key responsibilities as a caregiver:

  • Build trusting relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Availability to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to ensure continuity of care and relationship building
