Job Title: In-Home Caregiver: Up to $15/hr

Company: Great Lakes Home Care Unlimited – Midland

Location: Mount Morris, MI

Pay: $13 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for an In-Home Caregiver in Mount Morris, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the complexity of care required. While this rate may be competitive for earlier-career caregivers or those with limited experience in a region with a lower cost of living, it may not adequately reflect the increasing demand for in-home care services and the rising wage expectations in the industry. Therefore, while it might attract some candidates, it could lead to challenges in retaining skilled caregivers who may seek higher-paying opportunities elsewhere or work for agencies offering better compensation.
