Looking for an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement? Vector Technical has partnered with a global leader in the design and application of ceramic fiber products and systems. We are currently seeking an Industrial Production Associate to join our team.

Shift Information:
1st Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17/hour (increased upon hire)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Repetitively lift, stage, and stack materials weighing up to 50 lbs for potentially 8 or more hours.
  • Operate machinery, including forklift, welder, power tools, hand tools, and crane.
  • Manually fold fiber blankets and compress them using hands.
  • Work from elevated platforms, such as scaffolding and scissor lifts.
  • Participate in safety-related activities, including toolbox talks, safety training, and meetings.
  • Utilize and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including fall arrest systems.
  • Conduct workplace safety observations.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the site and department.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Reliability in attendance, with a willingness to work extended overtime as required.
  • Basic mathematical skills for material stacking, counting, and using a tape measure.
  • Commitment to safe work practices throughout the facility.
