Are you seeking an entry-level position with potential for advancement? Vector Technical has partnered with a global leader in the design and application of ceramic fiber products and systems, and is currently looking for an Industrial Production Associate to join their team.

Shift Information:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $17 per hour (increases upon hire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repetitively lift, stage, and stack materials weighing up to 50 pounds for potentially 8 or more hours.
  • Operate machinery, including forklifts, welders, power tools, hand tools, and cranes.
  • Manually fold fiber blankets and compress them using hands.
  • Work from elevated platforms such as scaffolding and scissor lifts.
  • Engage in safety-related activities, including toolbox talks, safety training, and meetings.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including fall arrest systems.
  • Conduct workplace safety observations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are met in both the site and department.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work extended overtime as necessary.
  • Basic math skills required for material stacking, counting, and using a tape measure.
  • Demonstrated safe work practices within the facility.
