Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant and advisor by actively listening to customer needs and applying technologies to address diverse water and process treatment requirements, leveraging the industry’s most extensive product portfolio. Emphasize safety by learning and implementing customer safety and environmental practices.
- Embrace a sense of adventure; this role extends beyond traditional office duties. You will frequently work in the field at commercial sites, engaging with field test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other water treatment technologies. Proactively conduct preventative maintenance, optimize chemical feed, and implement innovative predictive analytics to prevent potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment; participate in daily operational meetings to remain aligned with priorities and share best practices and impactful solutions.
- Drive account growth by partnering across teams and divisions to optimize results and delight customers with inventive equipment, chemical, and analytics solutions.

Qualifications:
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry.
- Relevant experience in water treatment is advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to work in diverse environments, including heavy industrial and light manufacturing facilities, as well as commercial and institutional properties.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight.
Other Useful Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations is a valuable asset.
