AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the competitiveness of an hourly rate for the role of “Infection Prevention and Patient Safety Specialist” in Midland, MI, it would be important to compare it with current industry standards, which typically range from $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. Midland, being a smaller city, may have slightly lower rates than larger urban areas, but it should still be commensurate with local demand for healthcare professionals. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if it is below, it may indicate a need for reevaluation to attract qualified candidates. Consulting local job postings, salary surveys, and industry reports would provide additional context for a more precise assessment.
