Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Director

Pay: $65000 – 75000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 for an Information Technology (IT) Director in Bay City, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards, especially for director-level positions typically requiring extensive experience and leadership skills. According to industry benchmarks, IT Directors in the U.S. often earn between $100,000 and $150,000 annually, with variations based on factors such as company size, industry, and location. In Bay City, the cost of living is lower than in major urban areas, but this salary range still seems below market expectations for the role, suggesting that it may not attract top talent unless compensated with additional benefits or growth opportunities.
