As a Retail Fixture/Installation Crewmember, you will play a crucial role in assembling, constructing, and dismantling greeting card fixtures in retail locations.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay is $16.20 per hour, with two scheduled increases within your first year of employment, subject to change based on work location.
  • After six months, the pay rate increases to $17.10.
  • After one year of continued service, the pay rate increases to $18.00.
  • Paid travel time to job sites while using a company vehicle.
  • Hotel accommodations and per diem provided for overnight travel.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided along with all necessary tools.

Working Hours:

  • The position averages 5 hours per week, with the potential to increase to approximately 10 hours per week during holiday seasons.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions outlined in planograms and diagrams.
  • Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and transporting materials necessary for display resets.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand tools, including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, for fixture installation and modification.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate.
  • Comfort with working in diverse environments, including crowded spaces, close quarters, loud noises, and low-level lighting conditions.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
