All technicians must possess:

  • The physical ability to stand on a ladder (up to 40 feet) for extended durations, lift over 70 lbs, and adhere to a personal weight limit of 335 lbs.
  • The capability to navigate small spaces and work in diverse weather conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of employment, with a driving record that complies with DISH’s safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
