AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $37,440 to $45,760 for an IV Technician in Troy, OH translates to approximately $18 to $22 per hour. This rate is somewhat on the lower side compared to national averages for IV technicians, which generally range from about $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities.
