Job description:

Working under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Team Leader, this role involves performing various housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Key responsibilities include sweeping and mopping designated areas, collecting trash and cardboard as needed, and ensuring restrooms are clean and stocked, which entails sanitizing toilets, urinals, and sinks, as well as mopping floors. Additional tasks may involve operating a floor scrubber and sweeper, compacting cardboard, and replenishing restroom supplies.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Successfully obtain a Lift Truck License and operate a lift truck when necessary.
  • Carry out minor maintenance on equipment and ensure it remains in safe working condition.
  • Assist in moving and setting up tables and chairs as required.
  • Understand and comply with Bloodborne Pathogen protocols.
  • Follow both written and oral instructions provided by the supervisor or team leader.
  • Read and adhere to directions outlined in equipment manuals.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation:

$15 per hour, paid weekly.
