Coreworks is currently seeking a dedicated part-time Janitor to join our team.
- Location: Slovene Home – 18621 Neff Road, Cleveland, OH 44119.
- Schedule: Part-time hours, primarily on Mondays and weekends, with variability in hours. Further details will be provided during the interview.
- Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred but not required, as we are willing to provide training.

Job Summary:
This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facilities. Responsibilities include performing heavy cleaning tasks such as floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with approved procedures and infection control guidelines.
- Dust and damp mop floors in compliance with cleaning protocols.
- Move equipment and furniture as needed for thorough cleaning and return items to their original positions.
- Sanitize designated areas using assigned materials and equipment, adhering to the eight-step cleaning procedure.
- Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Proactively identify cleaning needs and take initiative to address them.
- Complete assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform tasks in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere by upholding professionalism with customers and team members.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
