Position Overview:
The maintenance role is essential to ensuring the cleanliness and overall first impression for our guests. Our maintenance staff is tasked with the cleaning, repair, and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through a delightful combination of food, beverages, and games in an atmosphere ideal for celebrating fun.
  • Keep your immediate supervisor informed of all issues or significant matters and take timely corrective action as needed or propose alternative solutions.
  • Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
  • Utilize all cleaning chemicals appropriately and in the correct quantities to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Manage costs by avoiding overstocking or waste of unused materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas, as well as on floors, walls, and drains.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of maintenance storage areas.
  • Clean and maintain windows, lamps, mirrors, and light fixtures.
  • Care for wood floors and walls, tile, and carpets.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of restroom areas, including restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Dust all wooden surfaces and fixtures.
  • Polish all brass plates, rails, and hardware.
  • Clean and maintain ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of mats throughout the facility.
  • Empty trash and ensure trash cans are clean and maintained.
  • Clean and care for the back dock area.
  • Provide assistance to other team members as required by business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and harmonious work environment that supports high team morale, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor, consistently smiling while working during shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, especially in a hotel or restaurant, is preferred but not required.
  • Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline and motivation.
  • Adhere to the dress code, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
