Job Position Description:
This role is essential in creating cleaner and healthier environments for our clients by performing a variety of duties, which include but are not limited to:
– Conducting all cleaning tasks for facilities using the provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Cleaning responsibilities encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and moving furniture and equipment, among others.
– Maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment.
– Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
– Opening and securing facilities, as well as managing security systems as required.
– Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (1-2 years) is preferred but not mandatory.
– On-the-job training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
– Experience within professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
– Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail are essential.
– Contributing to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude while supporting team efforts by being punctual, reliable, and appropriately attired in uniform.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
– The position involves constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching (both overhead and forward). Candidates must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
