Job Position Description:
This role is vital in creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers through the following essential duties and responsibilities, with additional duties as assigned:
– Conduct all cleaning duties utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Responsibilities encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and assisting with furniture and equipment arrangement.
– Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Adhere to safety protocols by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
– Manage facility access, including opening and locking, as well as activating and deactivating security systems as required.
– While 1-2 years of experience in custodial roles is preferred, it is not mandatory; we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
– Experience in a professional janitorial environment, such as offices, hotels, hospitals, or schools, is considered an asset.
– Flexibility and a detail-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in our fast-paced work environment.
