Job description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to provide essential building services. Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning:

   • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to eliminate dirt, debris, and dust.
   • Empty and clean waste receptacles and dispose of trash appropriately.
   • Sanitize surfaces including desks, countertops, and tables.
   • Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
   • Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
   • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
   • Replenish restroom supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).

2. Floor Maintenance:

   • Strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors as needed.
   • Shampoo and extract carpets and rugs.
   • Remove stains and spills on floors.

3. Specialized Cleaning:

   • Adhere to specific cleaning protocols in sensitive areas (e.g., repair rooms, server rooms).
   • Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles and light switches.
   • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents for various surfaces and materials.
