Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our operations team as a Zone Manager. As a Zone Manager, you will oversee a designated area and deliver a range of services, including janitorial, maintenance, exterior landscaping, or restaurant cleaning services. The work schedule typically consists of a standard workday, with occasional overnight travel depending on your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within your zone.
– Conduct monthly and quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
– Visit accounts as outlined in your portfolio, performing audits and submitting reports as necessary.
– Ensure buildings are adequately supplied and equipped, maintaining responsiveness to service calls, emails, or inquiries within two hours.
– Create and manage delivery plans while sourcing and scheduling vendors.
– Submit project timelines to the head office punctually.
– Provide backup support during emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of three years of management experience, with a preferred background in janitorial, building maintenance, exterior services, or the restaurant industry.
– Comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, State/Federal, and KBS).
– Proven experience in staffing management to meet defined budgets, crew support, and customer relations.
– Ability to analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure budget adherence.
– Proficient in project management and planning, with the ability to communicate changes and progress effectively.
– Strong relationship-building skills to ensure the highest level of service in accordance with contractual obligations.
– Experience managing the entire staffing cycle, including hiring, training, performance management, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions and terminations.
– Completion of a background check and drug test is required.
