Job Description
Job Title: Janitorial Zone Manager
Company: Kellermeyer
Location: Holt, MI
Pay: $55000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $55,000 for a Janitorial Zone Manager in Holt, MI, translates to approximately $26.44 per hour, which is relatively competitive for this role, especially considering the location and the responsibilities typically associated with managing janitorial operations across multiple sites. According to industry standards and salary data for similar positions, which can vary widely based on factors such as the size of the organization, specific job duties, and local cost of living, this salary is on the lower to mid-range spectrum for such managerial positions, particularly in larger metropolitan areas. However, Holt is not a major urban center, which may lead to lower wage expectations compared to larger cities. Overall, while the offered rate could be seen as competitive for the area, candidates with more experience or those in more densely populated regions might expect higher compensation.
