Job Description
Job Title: JCC Program Administrator
Company: JCC Association of North America
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a JCC Program Administrator in Dayton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. Typically, community center program administrators and similar positions often range from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. While $20 may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller organizations, it may not attract candidates with significant experience or advanced skills. Therefore, to remain competitive in attracting qualified talent, it may be beneficial for the organization to consider adjusting the pay to better align with prevailing wage trends in the area.
