Job Title: June 2025 Leadership Development Program- Sales

Company: Sherwin-Williams

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $61000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $61,000 for the “June 2025 Leadership Development Program – Sales” role in Detroit, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $29.33, which is on the lower end for entry-level sales positions and leadership development programs in major markets. Typically, similar roles in larger companies or prestigious programs may offer salaries ranging from $60,000 to over $80,000 annually, particularly in urban centers like Detroit. While this figure may be competitive for some local companies, it may not align with the industry standards and expectations associated with leadership development programs, which often emphasize higher compensation to attract top talent. Consequently, prospective candidates might find better opportunities in other organizations or regions with more competitive packages.
