As a Mover – Junk Remover, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding service.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide a friendly and engaging atmosphere through consistent smiling, maintaining eye contact, and small talk with clients and team members alike.
  • Present yourself as a friendly college hunk by adhering to uniform standards and maintaining a positive attitude throughout your interactions.
  • Educate clients regarding pricing structures and available services.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely at all times.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the truck, including checking tire pressure, oil level, and equipment functionality.
  • Ensure the truck is stocked with necessary supplies, including receipts, safety equipment, and marketing materials.
  • Meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Make informed logistical decisions, including disposal, donation or recycling options, job completion strategies, and optimal packaging and loading methods.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company’s core values to your team.
  • Assist in training new hires on daily operations and reinforcing core values.
  • Complete Daily Checklists to ensure operational consistency.
  • Take proactive measures to prevent costly mistakes, including damage, injury, client dissatisfaction, and loss of equipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with your direct supervisor throughout the day for additional tasks and support.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must possess reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
