Job description:
Pentair is currently seeking a skilled and responsible Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Westland, MI facility. As a part of KBI, a Pentair division servicing Coca-Cola, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on drink systems for a major retail chain. This position involves weekly overnight travel throughout the Michigan market, with a schedule of Monday through Friday and no weekend work required. A company vehicle will be provided, along with paid training—prior experience is not necessary!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize basic hand tools and have familiarity with power tools.
- Accurately complete work orders, documenting parts used and job-related comments, and submit reports to customer portals daily.
- Obtain and maintain relevant certification upon successful completion of a 90-day training program.
- Manage travel requirements and overnight stays as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday; weekends are optional and not required.
- 50% – 75% overnight travel, with accommodation and per diem provided.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift or lower weight up to 75 lbs.
